Packaging in the clean room

No simple packaging, but sophisticated high tech packaging systems protect your components and secure the cleaning condition for months. The packaging process step takes place under controlled clean room conditions of ISO classes 6 to 4 with the trained eye of our experienced staff. The packaging materials used are film composites of the highest quality, which in turn have low outgassing, permation potential and particle generation. To ensure this, every batch of our packaging material is subjected to a variety of elaborate quality tests.
All components cleaned by us are double-wrapped as standard for use in the clean room in special moisture-proof packaging. special moisture-impermeable film and in cleanroom-compatible polyethylene film. For For particularly high requirements, we also offer a triple packaging system. We are happy to pack according to your special requirements, e.g. when using certain protective gases.
