We clean your components according to defined VACOM cleanliness classes. The service also includes disassembly and assembly of components. Our range of services offers cleaning results up to the highest specifications.

You will find an extensive portfolio of vacuum components at our company. These are suitable and cleaned up to the XHV. Convince yourself of the quality of our products at our booth with original components.

Our CF components manufactured according to AluVaC^® technology are made entirely of aluminum. They are lightweight, have long-term stable cutting edges and have the strength of stainless steel.
Our small, intuitive multifunction vacuum gauge NOVION^® combines total pressure measurement from ATM to UVH, residual gas analysis and helium detection in one instrument.
With our electrical feedthroughs you realize current, voltage and signal transfer in many variants. They are also available on aluminum flanges.
