Customer Care Agent (m/f/x)

Our mission is to drive technological progress and creative solutions, and this is reflected in everything we do. As a Customer Care Agent (m/f/x), you will play a central role in our sales team. You will manage offers and orders, and will comprehensively and enthusiastically advise and look after our customers. Smooth cooperation with various departments and you playing an active role in digitisation projects are crucial.
Your tasks
- Quote management: You will process requested quotes and orders, actively track them and maintain an overview.
- Customer support: Your task is to provide proactive and comprehensive commercial/technical support from the first point of contact to conclusion of the purchase. (No cold calling)
- Customer advice: You will advise our customers in a committed and competent manner, especially on product applications and alternative products, as well as our services.
- Collaboration: You will work collaboratively and appreciatively with all departments involved in the sales process.
- Digitalisation: With your commitment, you will actively shape future-oriented digitalisation projects.
- Data management: You will take care of data maintenance in the CRM system.
We look forward to hear from you, if you
- have completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by initial professional experience in internal sales.
- take a strong ability to work in a team and great communication skills as matter of course.
- demonstrate skill in negotiation and a high level of customer focus.
- have an affinity for technical topics and a willingness to familiarise yourself with the VACOM product and service world.
- are confident in dealing with MS Office and other IT systems, such as the CRM system, while knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- have business-fluent German and are working on further developing your English skills.
