Key Account Manager (m/f/x)

In the outstanding position as Key Account Manager (m/w/d) you will be responsible for the support and further development of our important customer relationships. Your tasks are challenging and versatile, and we are looking for dedicated team members who share our vision and want to shape the future together with us.

Your tasks

  • Strategic Key Account Management: You support defined customers strategically and operationally, including the development of medium and long-term key account strategies to secure profitable sales growth through the proactive design of business opportunities.
  • Sustainable business relationships: You build effective and sustainable business relationships with customers by understanding their organization, identifying key decision makers, and understanding the industry, strategy, and direction.
  • Customer advice: You advise customers in a solution-oriented and qualified manner across the entire product and service spectrum in order to meet their needs in the best possible way.
  • Sales management: You will be responsible for the entire sales management, including the execution of sales activities, contract negotiations, quotation preparation and tracking, as well as the documentation in CRM, including the resulting measures.
  • Cross-functional coordination: You coordinate all employees involved in the team selling process to ensure smooth cooperation and successful customer support.

  • have technical or commercial vocational training and/or have successfully completed studies .
  • distinguish yourself through strong team and communication skills and consistently implement your goals as a responsible and assertive person.
  • have strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
  • have excellent negotiating skills, a high customer orientation and ideally initial sales experience .
  • are confident in dealing with MS Office and other IT systems, such as CRM systems.
  • have business fluent German skills and would like to take the opportunity to further develop your English skills
