Market Intelligence Manager (m/f/x)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced specialist (m/f/d) to set up our Market Intelligence department.

Your tasks

Expansion of the Market Intelligence department: you will take responsibility for the expansion of the Market Intelligence department and play an active role in shaping the further development of this position.

Market research: conducting comprehensive market research analyses in order to identify trends, opportunities and risks at an early stage.

Competitive analysis: regularly analysing the competitive environment in order to strengthen VACOM's position and support strategic decisions.

Data analysis: you will collect, analyse and interpret relevant data in order to make well-informed recommendations for business decisions. To this end, you will make targeted use of external sources of information as well as internal expert knowledge and existing data.

Reporting: preparation of concise reports and presentations to inform management and other departments. Presentation of the results in BI.

We look forward to hear from you, if you

  • have a degree (specialising in business administration, industrial engineering or similar) and preferably experience in the field of market intelligence.
  • have strong analytical skills and quick comprehension.
  • can demonstrate a strategic and entrepreneurial approach and act with an international mindset.
  • have an independent and autonomous way of working as well as a confident demeanour.
  • can demonstrate clear and precise communication and can convey complex issues in an understandable way.
  • have good knowledge of the industry, desirable but not a MUST.
  • have IT affinity, preferably in the field of data analysis or CRM
  • can confident handling of the most frequently used MS Office applications.
  • can business fluent German and a very good command of English are essential.
