Pricing and Sales Analyst (m/f/x)

To bolster our team, we are looking for an experienced manager (male/female/other) to develop and lead the new pricing department.
Your tasks
Expansion of the pricing department: You will take responsibility for expanding the pricing department.
Developing pricing strategies: In close cooperation with product managers, market intelligence, and sales, you will develop innovative pricing strategies that strengthen VACOM's competitive position while remaining true to its goals.
Market analyses: By engaging in continual market analyses, you will identify opportunities and risks in order to adjust pricing strategies. You will analyse market trends and customer feedback toward making informed pricing decisions.
Price negotiations: You will conduct price analyses for arriving at decisions and toward defining and implementing pricing strategy. You will undertake price negotiations with customers and suppliers and implement them contractually. You will evaluate project financing.
Processes, reporting and controlling: You will develop new processes and tools to support sales staff,including establishment of effective reporting and controlling for monitoring pricing strategy performance.
Training: You will convey pricing methods to the entire organisation and implement training.
We look forward to hear from you, if you
- have a university degree in engineering, science, economics, marketing or equivalent
- have several years of experience in pricing, ideally with industry experience
- have in-depth knowledge of Power BI and MS Excel
- have well-developed analytical skills and strong data orientation.
- have a clear way of communicating, with an ability to convey complex interrelationships such that they can be understood.
- have negotiation skills and the assertiveness to get things done.
- can Business fluent in German with very good English skills.
