Quality Manager Warranty Inspection (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Checking customer concerns: You will be responsible for evaluating and processing warranty cases and have direct contact with our international customers
• Corrective measures: You will develop corrective measures and implement them after consulting with supervisors.
• Preventive measures: You will identify medium and long-term preventive measures and help with their cross-divisional implementation.
• 8D reports: You will create and edit 8D reports and coordinate the associated remedial measures.

• have completed a commercial or technical education programme or successfully completed further education in quality management, engineering or similar subject.
• have experience in quality management and warranty processing is an advantage.
• have analytical skills, are a strong communicator and are solutions-orientated.
• are structured and organized and can keep track of even complex situations.
• are able to  handle 8D methods safely.
• have very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP.
• have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
