Salesforce In-house Consultant (m/f/x)

Your tasks

Participation and implementation of requirements analysis in technically demanding projects and derivation of solution concepts.

Together with colleagues from marketing, sales, and service, you will develop new use cases and adapt them for the Salesforce Cloud.

Advising colleagues in other departments on process optimisations in order to subsequently implement them in a user- and customer-oriented manner.

Participation in the introduction and integration of new technologies.

We look forward to hear from you, if you

• have successfully completed studies in the area of business informatics/computer science or have comparable training in the IT environment.
• have at least 2 years of practical experience with one of the Salesforce Clouds (marketing, sales & service).
• are interested in continuous further development, enjoy communication and teamwork, and are a process-oriented thinker.
• preferably possess expertise in customising components of the Salesforce Cloud.
