Service Employee (m/f/x)
TREAMS GmbH is an innovative, high-tech company specialising in vacuum system construction. We define standards for detecting and analysing chemical film impurities and outgassing rates with respect to components and modules. Our goal is to provide high-precision systems and services that ensure cleanliness and quality in various industries, including the automotive, medical, aerospace, and semiconductor industries. As a service employee, you will be taking on a key role for our customers.
Your tasks
- As a competent contact person, you will be available to our customers via telephone and remote support.
- Your area of responsibility will include conducting maintenance and conversion work on existing systems.
- You will perform maintenance and repairs on vacuum components, such as pumps, sensors and leak testers.
- You will provide inspiration for process and product optimisation, influencing the further development of our products.

- have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the field of mechatronics or a similar programme.

- take careful documentation and have a self-reliant and well-structured approach to working.

- have very good spoken and written German and English skills.
