Your tasks
Lead an employee group of approx. 15 colleagues.
Oversee operational processes and the efficient use of employees.
Develop and create processes in close cooperation with with the department head.
Work closely and in a result-oriented way with other company interfaces.

- technical judgement and understanding of quality as well as initial experience in managing employees.
- enjoy process optimisation andprocess development.
- have completed an apprenticeship in the technical field or a comparable apprenticeship and are enthusiastic about technical innovations.
- ideally have SAP knowledge.
