With our near-standard components, you get modified yet standard-compliant solutions from standardized subcomponents. For example, we combine different flange systems on an assembly or individual components such as vacuum chambers. You can also benefit from customized sealing variations on the valve plate and valve housing. We also offer you our configurable HiPo series of vacuum optics and a variable number of electrical feedthroughs on a vacuum-compatible flange. Decide on the length of a spacer or the positioning of flange outlets of adapters for static vacuum mechanics applications. We configure pipe diameters as well as wall thicknesses for you and make flexible selection of nominal diameters and flange systems possible for pipe branching.
