Assembly and disassembly under clean room conditions

We assemble assemblies of all degrees of complexity with the utmost care according to your plans. For this purpose, we use 2000m² clean rooms of ISO classes 6...4 with additional controlled organic freedom of the clean room air. This highly clean working environment ensures low back contamination and thus maintains the cleanliness of the surfaces of the individual parts and assemblies.  

Our trained employees ensure proper handling of your sensitive components. Modern measuring and testing technology accompanies and supports the quality assurance of the individual parts or the assembled assemblies for compliance with the specified particle limits. If desired, we can take over the cleanroom-compatible assembly of your components. Assemblies are mounted according to your specifications. Additionally we offer you: Leak tests of your components under clean room conditions, residual gas analyses of assembled assemblies as well as special QA tests including their verification.
