Prevacuum Sensors

Prevacuum sensors measure the pressure in a vacuum chamber in the range of rough and fine vacuum. They also ensure the correct starting pressure for high vacuum systems.

Diaphragm sensors are universal sensors with aluminium oxide diaphragm for gas type independent measurement up to high vacuum.

Thermal conductivity sensors cover the pressure range from ATM to fine vacuum. The pressure-dependent heat transport properties of the gas are used for the measurement.

Bourdon sensors are a highly valued instrument, especially in rough vacuum, because they have no dependencies when dealing with gases and have a stable and robust nature.
