The concept
In our pedagogical work, the children are the center of attention.
We see each child as an independent personality, with his or her own needs and with an individual environment. Children are sensitive and empathetic.
They especially need parents and educators who treat them daily with empathy, appreciation, love and recognition.
The Life-Oriented Approach at Vocational and Family Center (BuFaZ)
We plan and work situation-oriented in the partially open concept. This allows us to see the children in their holistic development and accompany them according to their individual needs.
In the partially open concept, the children are assigned to core groups. However, they are free to choose their play space, the activities they want to do and their play partner within a certain time frame.
Our concept is based on the "life-oriented approach":
The children's interests are taken up and implemented in activities and projects.
The Vocational and Family Center (BuFaZ) is located in the industrial park of Großlöbichau, right next to VACOM's technology and production center.
It has a spacious outdoor area with a sandbox and playground equipment such as a climbing frame, slide and swing.
Our children enjoy the harmony of nature and technology in the solid wood house built especially for childcare. Ecological aspects and physical laws were taken into account during the construction. Among other things, the rooms have particularly pleasant acoustics. In addition, the organic material wood conveys a feeling of warmth. This environment supports the balanced development of the children
