With AluVaC® technology, VACOM produces high-quality, durable and bakeable aluminium components with CF cutting edges. Rely on the advantages of aluminium. Our Product Groups

Standard components made of a wide range of materials are used to construct vacuum systems from low to extreme ultra-high vacuum (XHV) and comply with the current DIN/ISO standards.

Coated screws with vent hole or slot are optimised for low gas release

Vacuum screws are specially designed and manufactured for use in a vacuum. Main features are vent holes to avoid virtual leaks and optimised surfaces.

Viewports and glass-to-metal adapters are used for various vacuum-optical applications: from general process observation to the coupling/uncoupling of electromagnetic radiation.
